Tip #1 Taxes & Fees

Our most important tip for 2021 is to ensure you’re configuring the data that your businesses revenue is based on. In this case, sales tax is identified as the primary configuration option. Most shops will already have this option enabled, but if not, drill into the Taxes tab within Omnique administration. “Add New” will allow you to add a new tax rate, and “Notepad” will allow you to edit an existing value.
 

Tip #2 User Permissions

At the start of a new year, you might have a new crew of technicians and/or service advisors, so we recommend spending a few minutes on employee access housekeeping. Navigate to the Administration portion of Omnique and select User and Role Management. De-activate old personnel or add new!
